1. The seller

This website ("Graphite & Grain") is operated by Diamond Johnson ("we", "us", "our"). When you place an order, you enter into a contract with Diamond Johnson for the digital products you purchase.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to use this site or by placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make a purchase.

3. The products

We sell digital downloadable products (planners, ebooks, templates, and similar files). Files are delivered to your account library and via email immediately after a successful purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our site or products for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Infringe our intellectual property or that of any third party
• Interfere with the security of the site (malware, probing, scraping, spam)
• Resell, redistribute, or share the files you purchase
• Reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent technical limits

5. Intellectual property

All content, software, files, designs, and branding on this site are owned by Diamond Johnson and are protected by copyright. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased files for personal use only.

6. Payment & subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The terms of sale that apply to your purchase are Paddle's Buyer Terms, which cover payment, billing, tax, cancellations, and refunds.

8. Service level

We work hard to keep the site and your downloads available, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or your account if you materially breach these Terms, attempt fraud, present a security risk, or repeatedly violate our policies.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose). Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller resides, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
