How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Request a refund directly, or contact our support team for help.

After 14 days

After 14 days from your order date, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion (for example, technical issues that prevent you from using the product).

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
